We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in London to assist with the appointment of a Employee Relations Adviser, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £29.51 - £38.64 per hour

Summary:

We are looking for an Employee Relations Adviser who will support our schools and who is passionate about HR.

The role provides a high-quality end to end Human Resources advice, guidance and ER support services to Headteachers, Governors, School Business Managers, staff and related stakeholders. The postholder will also work in wider schools projects within the HR remit.

This is a varied role and an opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with the Schools HR team in a wide range of areas including employee relations, reward, resourcing and training development.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and positive approach, can do attitude, be reliable and responsive. Clear and effective communication skills are vital. Previous experience in an ER role providing ER advice is required along with a professional approach and the ability to build effective working relationships.
