We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Property Surveyor, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £236.97 - £300.00 per Day

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Area Repairs Manager (North West/South Central) to develop and implement systems for regular inspections of external and communal property areas.
• Work with Housing services colleagues to enhance quality and customer satisfaction for residents.
• Adopt a flexible approach to resource deployment within the Property Services Division to manage workload fluctuations.
• Highlight key investment needs to the Property Planning and Assets Team for major works program planning.
• Implement and document the Councils health and safety policy for residents, staff, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in IT and computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, literacy, and numeracy.
• Minimum of 5 years in responsive repairs, preferably in Housing.
• Excellent knowledge of building pathology.
