Assessment and Connection Officer
Job Description:
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a Assessment and Connection Officer, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £12.38 - £15.48 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the administrative tasks related to the receipt of application forms for new customers
- To be responsible for the waiting list system ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and regular communications
- To carry out visits to the clients home to make an assessment of the individual
- Correctly installing the dispersed alarm unit and associated products in the users or agencys property
- Programming/reprogramming the dispersed alarm unit together with the appropriate first dial buttons and testing the unit correctly
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires a basic DBS
