Head of CCTV & Security

 Job Description:

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a Head of CCTV & Security, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £46.48 - £59.30 per Hour

Responsibilities:

  • The Head CCTV & Security will lead the delivery of a wide range of initiatives designed to ensure full scale compliance with the relevant legislative framework and Regional Guidance. 
  • The post-holder will also lead the Responsive Security Patrol which is critical to the wider work of the Public Safety Division and work closely with the councils emergency management team.
  • Lead the service area and communicate effectively with senior leaders to influence future policy and strategic direction
  • Show pride and passion for public service and be able to create and engage others in delivering a shared vision.
  • Form effective partnerships both internally and externally, sharing information, resources and support.
  • Utilise excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to use evidence and knowledge to support accurate, expert decisions and advice, and understand how this role fits in with and supports organisational objectives.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a motivated and dedicated officer with a demonstrable commitment towards establishing and maintaining high CCTV standards and excellent customer service. 
  • The successful candidate will also possess emergency planning expertise and provide strategic leadership in relation to better use of CCTV to enhance resilience.
