Call Handler/Responder
Job Description:
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Derby to assist with the appointment of a Call Handler/Responder, on a 2-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £12.74 - £16.07 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Call handling services
- Responding to emergency situations including lifting uninjured customers using specialist equipment provided. (Full training provided)
- Carrying out safe and well checks to support vulnerable people living in the community.
- Installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customers homes
Required Experience & Skills:
- Call centre experience
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Understanding of social care with the elderly
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an enhanced DBS
