We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bedfordshire to assist with the appointment of a Principle Building Control Surveyor, on a permanent basis, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £50085.00 - £54047.00 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert specialist Building Regulation compliance advice to users
• Investigate and enforce compliance matters and complaints
• Collect and maintain accurate Building Regulation and Building Control records
• Validation of applications and assessment of fees
• Plan assessment and site inspection: regulatory advice, compliance checking and site inspection
• Deal with Building Regulation application cases throughout plan and implementation stages
