Housing Officer
Job Description:
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Housing Officer, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £17.61 - £22.94 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated patch of properties, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support vulnerable individuals, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage a varied caseload.
- Adhere to and implement housing policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the housing sector, preferably with a local authority or registered social landlord.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high standards.
- Experience in supporting vulnerable clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an enhanced DBS
