We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rhondda Cynon Taf to assist with the appointment of an Equipment Installer, on a 1-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £12.84 - £16.80 per Hour

Summary:

This is a customer-facing role focused on upgrading home care devices from analogue to digital systems. You'll be part of a dedicated team helping to modernise home care setups, supporting vulnerable customers in transitioning to improved digital hardware. Full training will be provided on the equipment and installation process.

Responsibilities:

• Replace analogue home care devices with new digital systems in service users' homes.
• Deliver excellent customer service while on-site and provide clear demonstrations of equipment to customers (training will be provided).
• Accurately follow setup and installation instructions for each device.
• Maintain clear communication with the team, reporting progress and any issues encountered.
• Organise daily workload and adhere to safety and service standards.

Essential Criteria:

• Basic IT knowledge and confidence working with devices.
• Ability to follow clear instructions and procedures.
• Good organisational skills.
• A valid Driving Licence (essential for travelling to customer locations).

• This role requires an Enhanced DBS
