We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of an Interim Director of Housing Standards, Assets & Investment, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £551.96 - £748.01 per Day

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice on all aspects of housing asset management, procurement, and investment opportunities.
• Lead the delivery of service transformation and improvement projects that align with the Councils objectives.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery in asset management.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and value for money in housing services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory housing standards, particularly in building safety.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in asset management.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and building safety regulations.
• Experience in managing construction, including the successful delivery of major works.
