We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a Multi Trader, on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £20.93 - £26.76 per Hour

Responsibilities:

• To undertake all aspects of building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements within skills set ranging from routine reactive repairs to major renewals of installations in occupied and void properties.
• To identify and diagnose the causes of building faults and defects to identify the most appropriate solution to be applied. 
• To complete all repairs Right First Time and to a high standard of quality and workmanship.
• To maintain contact and working collaboratively with Repairs Team Supervisors and Planners to provide updates on the progress of work to ensure overall service objectives are met.
• To ensure safe methods of working and full compliance with health & safety regulations are met at all times. Maintaining up to date knowledge and understanding of current standards, regulations and best practice appropriate to your specialist trade.

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship / City & Guilds / NVQ qualification or demonstrable time served experience.
• Full clean UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance.
• Candidates will need to have their own tools/drills.
