We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a Housing Needs Reviews Caseworker, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £22.41 - £28.45 per hour

Responsibilities:

• To assist the housing needs group to improve its services by investigating and responding to enquiries from Members/MPs and formal complaints.
• To carry out statutory reviews of decisions under the Housing Act 1996, as amended by the Homeless Reduction Act 2017 (both Part VI and Part VII reviews).
• To have direct communication with customers and their elected or other representatives, including lawyers and advocates. Also, close liaison with officers and managers within the housing needs group, to ensure and promote good understanding of the groups work and services.
