Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager

 Job Description:

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £34.55 - £45.21 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regulatory procedures and frameworks to monitor provider performance and adherence to set guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of homes, producing reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Take the lead in quality assuring all homes/ providers by developing and maintaining a rigorous quality assurance system and reviewing this in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided, ensuring they meet the required standards for childrens welfare and development.
  • Ensure that support services promote the health, emotional well-being, and social development of children and young people.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an undergraduate related to the field.
  • Extensive experience in a regulatory or quality assurance role within childrens services or statutory commissioning role.
  • Proven experience in undertaking care /support package reviews and financial oversight and budget management.
  • IT literate in Word and Excel, and willing to undertake further training as necessary
