Leasehold Support Officer
Job Description:
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Leasehold Support Officer, on a 4-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £18.00 - £23.50 per Hour
Responsibilities:
- To distribute incoming correspondence, in accordance with procedures.
- Respond to telephone enquiries securing the best service and outcomes for customers.
- To handle a range of internal and external enquiries in a polite and professional manner and referring to the appropriate officer as required.
- To provide support to senior staff on a planned or ad-hoc basis.
- To arrange service meetings, book and prepare rooms, prepare and circulate agendas and papers, provide and circulate minutes and monitor follow up actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Administration experience
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge and understanding of diverse needs of residents and staff
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
