We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Caretaker, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £16.12 - £20.95 per hour

Responsibilities:

• To work as part of team in delivering measurable increase in customer satisfaction levels
• To achieve cleaning requirements as set out as in local work programme using appropriate equipment and chemicals in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• To Liaise with residents, Estate Wardens, and other services in emergency situations
• To ensure that all estate incidents are recorded, and such information provided to the Neighbourhood Caretaking Team Leader
• To ensure all task undertaken are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
• This role requires an basic DBS
