Outreach Team Leader
Job Description:
We are working closely alongside with local authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Outreach Team Leader on a 2.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £15.79- £19.87 per hour
Summary:
The Outreach Team Leader is responsible for providing high-quality, safe, person-centered services to social care customers, ensuring a focus on Wellbeing, Promoting Independence, and Healthy Life Styles based on principles of choice, rights, and control. This role involves comprehensive support provision, staff management and development, and actively contributing to the overall smooth running of the service in line with CQC fundamental standards and Council policies. The Team Leader will also act as a key support to the manager by deputising and taking responsibility for specific parts of the service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality and comprehensive support to social care customers, ensuring the services provided are explicitly as specified within the individuals Assessment, Support Plan, and Risk Assessments.
- Ensure that the service is provided and maintained within the framework of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) fundamental standards and all relevant legislation.
- Deputise in the absence of the manager and take responsibility for specific parts of the service under the manager's direction, ensuring operational continuity.
- Work effectively as part of the management team to actively contribute to the development and smooth running of agreed service(s) in accordance with LBE and local policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Essentials:
- Thorough working knowledge of supporting Vulnerable Adults and/or individuals with Learning Disabilities.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a social care or support environment.
- Knowledge of the framework of the CQC fundamental standards and relevant social care legislation.

- This role requires an Enhanced DBS
