Rate of Pay: £22.52 - £29.70 per hour

Summary:

We are looking for a qualified plumber to join our team which deals with communal repairs. Someone with knowledge on block shut downs, trace and remedy leaks and working with communal pipework.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance within communal areas
• Undertake block shutdowns safely and effectively
• Trace, diagnose, and remedy leaks within communal systems
• Work on communal pipework, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Liaise with tenants and stakeholders while delivering a high level of customer service
• Ensure all works are completed in line with regulations and best practices

Essentials:

• Proven experience in plumbing, particularly within communal or social housing settings
• Strong knowledge of communal plumbing systems and pipework
• Experience in block shutdowns and leak detection/repair
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
