Job Title: Business Development Manager

Overview: Our client, a reputable law firm and Corporate Services Provider is seeking for an ambitious and proactive individual who has an innovative approach to business development.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, preferably
within the UAE.
HR Department
- Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing
strategies, including successful social media campaigns.
- A strong understanding of the legal landscape and technology trends.
- Excellent networking skills and a charismatic, professional demeanor.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at
all levels.
-  A valid driver's license is required.
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic will be
advantageous

Responsibilities:

-  Develop and implement a comprehensive business development
strategy to enhance the firm's digital presence and streamline both
internal and external operations.
- Conduct and coordinate marketing campaigns with a focus on social
media, monitoring their effectiveness and tweaking strategies as
needed.
-  Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and
potential clients, agencies, and advertisers to generate new business for
the firm.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and conferences as a
representative of the company, ensuring a professional image is
consistently conveyed.
- Keep abreast of trends and innovative business procedures in the legal
and tech industries to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive the digitization of the firm's operations, collaborating with the IT
team to integrate new technologies effectively.
- Provide monthly reports on business development activities and
success rates, presenting these to senior management
