About the Role

The Merchant Success Associate will be responsible for ensuring the success of Boxys merchants by providing them with the support and resources they need to thrive on the platform. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for helping businesses grow.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new merchants and ensure they are well-trained on how to use the Boxy platform.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain current merchants.
  • Serve as an account manager for existing merchants, building strong relationships and providing ongoing support. 
  • Identify opportunities to increase the performance of existing merchants and proactively solve issues.
  • Keep merchants updated with industry trends and communicate platform updates.
  • Act as a liaison between merchants and other Boxy departments, such as product and engineering.
  • Gather and analyze merchant feedback to identify areas for improvement in the Boxy platform and services.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for merchant success.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or sales role, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
