Summary:

The Orders Management Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of orders within our last-mile service. This involves receiving and processing orders, coordinating with drivers, tracking shipments, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing:
    • Review incoming orders from various sources
    • Verify order details for accuracy (e.g., delivery address, items, quantities).
  • Shipment Tracking and Monitoring:
    • Monitor the progress of deliveries in real-time.
    • Proactively identify and address potential delivery delays or issues.
    • Communicate order status updates to customers.
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery times, and other related concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Driver Coordination:
    • Communicate with drivers to provide delivery instructions and updates.
    • Address driver inquiries and concerns.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions.
    • Generate reports on order volume, delivery performance, and other key metrics.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., dispatch, customer service, warehouse) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent Arabic. English is a plus. 
  • Previous experience in a logistics, order management, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems and tracking software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Ability to handle high-volume workloads.
