Job Overview: Sales Development Associate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our merchant base through both offline and online sales strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong customer relationship management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our delivery services and advantages over competitors.
  • Closing: Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives with both offline and online customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, marketing, digital) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Market and Performance Monitoring: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Analyze online sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis. Provide timely and accurate reports on online sales activities, forecasts, and results.
