Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, curious Product Intern to join the Boxy product team for a 3-month on-site internship in Baghdad. You'll work on real problems — not busy work. This is a generalist role covering user research, feature specifications, and product analytics.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user interviews and synthesize insights from merchants and internal teams
• Assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs) and feature specs
• Analyze product metrics and help maintain dashboards
• Support roadmap planning and sprint tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and growth teams

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
• Curiosity about product, technology, and the Iraqi e-commerce ecosystem
• Ability to work on-site in Baghdad full-time
