Financial Manager Qualified CA(SA) with Insurance and IFRS Experience

Position: Financial Manager (CA(SA))

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Insurance Accounting:

• Handle accounting processes specific to the insurance industry, including premium recognition, claims reserving, and reinsurance accounting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and standards.

Audit and Compliance:

• Coordinate and manage external and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Financial Analysis and Planning:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
• Communicate financial results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential.
