Position: Financial Manager (CA(SA))

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Insurance Accounting:
- Handle accounting processes specific to the insurance industry, including premium recognition, claims reserving, and reinsurance accounting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and standards.
Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate and manage external and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Financial Analysis and Planning:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
- Communicate financial results and insights to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential.
- Minimum of [insert years] years of post-qualification experience, with significant exposure to the insurance industry.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with IFRS.
