The Client:

A live communications agency, that provides fully integrated services enabling excellence in Advertising, Events, Public Relations, and digital and social media. They work on amazing campaigns work with high-profile government and private sector corporations globally. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ultimately responsible to ensure all client solutions are delivered on brand (on time, on budget, on the solution, and on experience), he /she is responsible to manage the account and account spending to ensure profitability is at most.
  • Act as senior client, project, and team leader
  • Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, oversee assigned team's management of work during the project from inception to production and execution process.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and experiential opportunities for the brand.
  • Act as a business head means a full understanding of the client and project.
  • Responsible for the financial performance and profitability of the brand/project.
  • Attend and supervise critical internal/external meetings as needed.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of all contracted event deliverables.
  • Supervise the development of post-event recaps/reports for clients.
  • Lead and manage the RFP brainstorms, and successful delivery (don’t wait for the departments to give you the work, you need to supervise them).
  • Responsible for effectively translating, communicating, and prioritizing client requirements to internal teams.
  • Manage existing clients/brands and overseeing their day-to-day operations or project and ensuring their profitability.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with the brief, and beyond
  • Develop the account to increase profitability and generate new business
  • Producing proposals/presentations to land new accounts
  • Working closely with other business units to expand cross-selling opportunities
  • Generating ideas for new revenue generation within large clients/brands base
  • Responsible to have all department signatures on all production materials to go for production.
 
 Requirements:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience working with an Events company as an Account Manager.
  • Fluent in English and preferably Arabic.
