The Client:

A reputable and well-established group that caters to the Automotive, Machinery & Consumer Electronics industries. A huge distributor of genuine Batteries, Tires, Lubricants, and other Machinery products internationally is looking to hire a Sales Executive (Batteries).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans, sales processes, and strategies for the market and ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Obtain high-level expertise and competitive advantages of branded and unbranded lubricant products.
  • Work closely with other divisions to identify opportunities to cross-sell lubricants to existing customers.
  • Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Provides timely reports to senior management.
  • Maintains sales and activity reports.
  • Assists in the preparation of proposals, presentations, goal setting, objection handling, closing, referral development, and other sales training.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Make and submit monthly customer sales plan.
  • Identify retail prospects in and around the area assigned.
  • Make a database of all prospects for future reference.
  • Timely collection of payments.
  • Regular visits to the existing customers.
  • Coordinate supplies to customers in liaison with company staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of automotive batteries.
  • A good sales track record
  • 5 years of sales experience in the UAE market.
  • Has experience in Garage / Dealer / Workshops / High street sales.
  • Will be able to join immediately.
  • Has a valid UAE driving license.
