The Client:

Our client, a diversified investment group covering multiple domains in the UAE and the region. It specializes in high-end quality products and providing the market with superior marketing solutions and is looking to hire a Brand Manager for its Mobile Phones division.

The Brand Manager integrates the brand objectives into brand management on the ground and is responsible for the overall performance of brands. This role requires working in the market side by side with the sales team, logistics team, suppliers, and agents. Responsibilities will include selling the full range, placement on shelves, and assessing/benchmarking brands execution vs competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising the budgets for gross profit for the business by developing and achieving sales plans and targets.
  • Preparation of the sales journey and KPIs for the brand and the team, while maintaining the sales data and productivity reports.
  • Managing the sales force and logistics team and the relationships with agents and distribution channels.
  • Identifying trends and track actual performance against the plans.
  • Managing the suppliers and the logistics in the UAE and outside the UAE and maintaining a positive relationship and consistent execution.
  • Creating reports and presenting to top management and stakeholders
  • Selecting the marketing plan and market penetration tactics in line with the brand

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing a Mobile Phone brand in the UAE.
  • Both English and Arabic are a must.
  • Good presentations skills.
  • Above-average knowledge of Excel and sales statistics.
