The Client:

A reputable and well-established group that caters to the Automotive, Machinery & Consumer Electronics industries. A huge distributor of genuine Batteries, Tires, Lubricants, and other Machinery products internationally is looking to hire a Logistics Executive:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring supplier activities to ensure timely deliveries of products.
  
• Handling of Road Transport / Containers for Sea freight / Airfreight/Courier collections etc.
  
• Coordinating with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to the management.
  
• Troubleshooting problem areas in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management.
  
• Coordinating with Shipping Lines /Cargo Agents/ Freight Forwarders and Customers for Deliveries.
  
• Coordinating the preparation of Customs and Shipping Documentation, on receipt of Delivery Instructions.
  
• Managing the customers for meeting their specific requirements of Deliveries, Certificate of Origin, and all related queries.
  
• Liaising with different departments within the company to facilitate shipments.
  
• Submitting all the necessary documents to Jebel Ali Customs through the concerned person.
  
• Preparing the intercompany documents like Commercial Invoices, packing list, and Delivery advice for Customs duty payments.

Requirements:

• Have clear knowledge in Online Customs (E-Mirsal II, Bill of Entry, Exit-Entry, Bill of Lading,
  
• Have knowledge of stock management in warehouses.
  
• Have experience with FREEZONE Company.
  
• Complete knowledge of the process for duty refund.
  
• Have experience of submitting the Claim in Mirsal II.
  
• Have knowledge, how to submit non-remittance claims in Mirsal II.
• Have complete knowledge of Export from Jebel Ali to the rest of the world.
• Chamber of commerce, BOE passing, Gate passes, Booking Inspection…etc).
