The Client:
A live communications agency, that provides fully integrated services enabling excellence in Advertising, Events, Public Relations, and digital and social media. They work on amazing campaigns work with high-profile government and private sector corporations globally. 

Role Overview:
Hiring 4 operations coordinators for a two-month contract in Jazan, KSA. Successful candidates need to be located in Jazan for the period of the project, and available to join immediately. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with hotel operational and reservation, and transportation and ensure a quality relationship with clients.
  • Coordinating event logistics for all departments, planning on-site operations, and finding ways to prevent problems.
  • Supervising manpower, coordinating with management to plan site operations for higher productivity on production site - preparing daily site report.
  • Organizing transport schedule and scheduling vehicles per requests, developing transport and logistics relationships, and monitoring transport and logistics costs.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (Written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
