About the Role

Bottomless Promotion is hiring a customer-focused CSR to support client promotions and assist customers during in-person events.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face customer support at events and promotional sites.

  • Answer questions and guide customers through products or services.

  • Support team members in meeting service and sales goals.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Professional and dependable.

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
