About Your Jobs (Roles and Responsibilities) :

• Provide day-to-day hands-on support for purchasing activities (Repeat orders, new product materials, etc.)
• Provide direct support for logistics processes by coordinating with forwarder/shipping for shipment booking and dispatching
• Prepare documents and follow up delivery statuses for B2B customers
• Provide a summary report of activities to superiors
• Work with Logistics & Warehouse team, Product development team, and Sales team
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure products are always ready to sell and stock is available.
• Take care of every online product order on every channel [TikTok, Shopee].
• Manage the delivery of products to customers correctly.
• Prepare the parcel pack it in a box and get ready for delivery.

About You (Job Specification) :

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Oracle Retail Merchandising system implementation experience is preferred
• System Analysis and Design skill
• Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player with strong organizational skills
• Work effectively with a cross-functional team
• Database Knowledge [Oracle]
• Agile Methodology
