What You'll Do

• Provide technical assistance and support related to automotive products and services.
• Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical guidance, and product-related questions.
• Document cases accurately and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

Fluent Spanish (C1-C2 level)

Good Portuguese communication skills (minimum B2 level)

Previous professional experience as an Automotive Mechanic

High School Diploma (12th Grade completed)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities

Currently living in Porto and available for onsite onboarding
