We are looking for a Content Moderator to join an international team in Lisbon, helping maintain a safe, respectful, and high-quality online environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is observant, responsible, comfortable working with digital content, and interested in building experience within an international environment.

What You'll Do

• Review and assess online content according to established policies and guidelines
• Identify content that may violate platform standards
• Make accurate decisions based on defined moderation criteria
• Handle potentially sensitive or challenging content professionally
• Escalate cases when additional review or support is required
• Maintain consistency and accuracy when applying moderation policies
• Keep up to date with relevant guidelines and procedural changes
• Meet established quality and productivity expectations
• Help contribute to a safe, positive, and reliable online environment

What We're Looking For

• French native & B1+ English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to follow detailed policies and apply them consistently
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and online content
• Ability to remain objective and professional when reviewing challenging material
• Resilience and emotional maturity
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or a similar environment is a plus

Compensation

International candidates: €1,050 gross/month

The all-inclusive package includes:

Base salary
Room allowance with utility bills included
Holiday & Christmas bonuses
Monthly food allowance

Local candidates: €1,251.84 gross/month

Relocate to Lisbon with Support
