Role Overview

As a O2C Specialist (French + English), you will be part of the Finance Operations team, supporting the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle for French-speaking markets. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with accounting/finance knowledge who want to grow into global O2C operations, gain cross-functional exposure, and build a long-term career in corporate finance.

You will contribute to efficient order processing, accurate billing, timely collections follow-ups, and financial reconciliations—playing a key role in ensuring healthy cash flow and exceptional service for internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Billing

  • Process customer orders received via email or inquiry channels accurately and on time.

  • Generate invoices, credit notes, and supporting documentation in compliance with internal policies.

  • Maintain updated and accurate customer master data in the ERP system.

Accounts Receivable & Collections

  • Perform daily cash application of customer payments.

  • Monitor Aging Reports (AR) and follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices.

  • Support the resolution of straightforward customer queries and escalate complex disputes to senior team members.

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Assist in account reconciliations, ensuring alignment between orders, payments, and financial records.

  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities.

  • Participate in documentation preparation for internal and external audits.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

  • 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Operations (2–5 years experience is an advantage).

  • Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.

  • Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables preferred).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly valued.

  • Strong command of French (Market Language) and advanced English (C1), both written and spoken.

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong customer service orientation, with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
