We're looking for a B2B Digital Advertising Support Specialist to join an international team supporting advertisers using one of the world's leading digital advertising platforms. In this role, you'll become a trusted advisor to business clients, helping them resolve product issues, optimize their advertising experience, and maximize the performance of their campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in paid social media advertising, digital marketing, or AdTech customer support who want to grow their career in an international environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality support to business advertisers via email and chat

  • Troubleshoot product and platform-related issues from start to resolution

  • Handle customer cases end-to-end while collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering teams

  • Resolve technical issues, advertising platform questions, and product inquiries

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Keep advertisers informed with timely and proactive updates throughout the resolution process

  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets

  • Educate advertisers on platform features, best practices, and campaign optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality and the overall advertiser experience


What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

  • Fluent Turkish (C1/C2) and English (B2)

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Previous hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns

  • Experience in Digital Marketing

  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Support role within an Advertising Technology company

  • Good understanding of digital advertising and social media platforms

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams


Working Schedule

Initial Schedule

Monday to Sunday (07:00 – 19:00)

Rotating shifts:

  • 07:00 – 16:00

  • 10:00 – 19:00

  • 2 rotating days off per week

Future Schedule (TBC by the client)

  • 24/7 operation

  • Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts

  • 2 rotating days off


Compensation & Benefits

Salary

  • €920.00 gross/month base salary (paid over 14 months)

  • €40.00 gross/month Complexity Bonus (paid over 11 months)

  • €7.63 net meal allowance per working day

Accommodation

  • Shared company apartment available for up to 12 months

  • Utilities included

  • Accommodation cost deducted directly from salary

  • Free after completing 6 months of employment

  • Available from your first working day

  • Candidates must have (or obtain) a Portuguese NIF and NISS to enroll
