Your Mission
As a Player Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for players and help ensure a smooth and positive gaming experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting players via email, chat, and other communication channels
Handling account, payment, technical, and gameplay-related questions
Investigating issues and providing accurate, timely solutions
Escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams
Keeping clear and accurate records of player interactions
Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Following support procedures, policies, and game updates
What We're Looking For
Required
Arabic at C1 level or higher
English at B2 level or higher
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused and empathetic approach
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage several cases efficiently
Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced international environment
Nice to Have
Interest in gaming and online communities
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or contact centers
Experience working in an international environment
No previous gaming experience? That's perfectly fine — you'll receive full training before starting the role.
