About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering top-tier customer support while working with products from one of the world's most innovative tech companies?

We're hiring Estonian & English-speaking Solutions Consultants to join a global customer care team supporting Google products such as Google Play Store, Google Pay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies.

In this customer-facing role, you'll resolve non-technical issues and provide friendly, efficient support via phone, chat, and email. You'll be the voice that makes users feel heard, helped, and supported — every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer care for various Google digital services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

• Handle communication across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Guide users through account-related questions and minor troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and quality.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
