Digital Marketing Support Consultant | Spanish & English Speaker

Schedule: 24/7 rotation (Monday to Sunday) 2 rotating days off
Contract Type: 6 months

Salary: 920 EUR/month x14 months

Join our team in Lisbon as a Digital Advertising Experience Specialist and help businesses optimize their use of cutting-edge advertising products. You will troubleshoot product issues, guide advertisers, and ensure an exceptional support experience in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

The Offer

Work on-site at our modern Lisbon office
Base salary: 920 EUR/month (paid 14 times per year)

Complexity bonus: 200 EUR/month (paid 11 times per year)

Meal allowance: 2,014.32 EUR net per year (7.63 EUR net/day)

Relocation support: Shared accommodation for up to 12 months only 280 EUR/month including utilities (deducted from payslip)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and user experience from day one
  Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and advertiser support cases via email and chat
• Collaborate closely with Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical, product, or general inquiries
• Deliver timely updates and maintain high customer satisfaction across all interactions
• Meet service level targets while ensuring quality and productivity standards
• Educate advertisers on product features, functionalities, and common issue types

What Were Looking For

Languages:
Spanish C1 or higher (mandatory)

English B2 minimum

Skills & Qualities:

• Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns (mandatory)
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Professional background in Digital Marketing
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or supporting an Advertising Technology environment
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital advertising ecosystems
• Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
