We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting a leading home appliances brand. This is a structured, process-driven role combining customer service, technical troubleshooting, warranty handling, and after-sales support.

What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound customer requests (phone, email, chat) in Dutch

  • Manage warranty claims, repair requests, and spare parts orders

  • Provide basic technical troubleshooting for home appliances

  • Guide customers through after-sales processes and solutions

  • Work within structured systems and follow clear operational procedures

  • Document all interactions accurately in internal tools

  • Escalate complex technical cases when necessary

  • Ensure a professional and high-quality customer experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 mandatory)

  • Good English communication skills (B1+ preferred)

  • Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage

  • Interest in technical products and structured processes

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment


Offer Package

  • Base Salary: €1,400/month

  • Language Bonus: €150/month

  • Performance Bonus: €100/month

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal

  • Full training provided (technical product & systems)

Working Hours

  • Shift: 07:00 – 17:00 (day schedule only)

  • Stable and structured working hours (no night shifts)
