Location: Oriente, Lisbon

Languages: Italian (Native), English (B2)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Shifts: 8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break

  • Days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday: Rotative shifts between 06:00 and 22:00.

  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.

  • Commute Support: Uber reimbursement up to 25 for early shifts starting at 06:00.

Salary Package:

  • Base Salary: 1000 EUR per month for 14 months, 14000 EUR per year

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23EUR per day (net), 1908,72 EUR per year

  • Complexity bonus: 120 EUR per 12 months,

Totaling in 17 348,72 EUR per year

  • Performance Bonus: 135 EUR per 12 months, 1 620 EUR per year

  • Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months

Profile - Nice to Have:

  • Experience in customer support (preferably inbound calls, chat, and emails)

Tasks:

  • Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for viewers, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Assist viewers via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries and providing support for software functionality, account management, and application queries.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.

  • Deliver accurate and timely responses to viewer inquiries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
