Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts (9 AM 5 PM | 10 AM 6 PM | 11 AM 7 PM)
Spanish Shift: 5 PM 2 AM

We're looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to handle warm leads, build relationships, and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You'll be part of an energetic, high-performance team in Athens, representing a leading brand and engaging with clients across Europe.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound sales inquiries from B2B clients and convert them into revenue opportunities
Conduct cold calling, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize value from existing and potential customers
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (inbound & outbound)
️ Proven experience in cold calling, upselling, and closing deals
️ Strong communication & negotiation skills in European Spanish (C2)
️ Business-level English (for internal communication)
️ Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
️ Ability to work evening shifts for the Spanish market (5 PM 2 AM)

The salary package 1440 EUR gross as a base salary.
Salary Conditions and Benefits:
- 14 salaries (12 monthly + 1 on Easter + 1 splitted in Summer and Christmas)

Contract:
- Permanent contract
- Working hours: 40h per week = is 8 hours per day / 5 days a week

Relocation:
