Your Daily Responsibilities:

As a representative of our brand, your primary responsibilities will involve delivering outstanding customer service through inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media platforms.

Key Communication Role:

Our Customer Care department serves as the primary hub for customer interactions. As an Interactive Solutions Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in managing communications and swiftly resolving inquiries and issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken and written German (B2 and higher) 
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written 
  • Exceptional communication skills Interest in sports 
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with good typing and computer skills 
  • Organizational, decision-making, and analytical abilities 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude 
  • High school diploma or equivalent

The Offer:

  • Full-time position with flexible shifts from 10 AM to 2 AM, Monday to Sunday

  • Salary of 3800 BGN
