Your Responsibilities:

Provide technical support via phone and email to German-speaking customers
Assist clients with log-in issues, troubleshooting, and navigating the HR software
Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve technical challenges
Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional customer service
Adapt quickly to new technologies and continuously improve product knowledge

What We Are Looking For:

️ Fluent in German (C1-C2 level)
️ Proficient in English (B2 level)
️ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
️ Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus
️ Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
️ Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of HR software (preferred but not required)
