Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (rotational shifts)
Work Model: Hybrid 2 days in the office + 3 days remote (after the first 6 weeks on-site training)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

What We Offer:
Salary & Bonuses:
900 EUR gross per month (paid over 14 months)
Monthly Performance Bonus: 150 EUR (paid over 12 months)
Complexity Bonus: 70 EUR (paid over 11 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR per worked day (net)
Transport Allowance: 20 per EUR month
Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (100% free after 6 months)
Hybrid Work Model:6-week mandatory on-site training in Lisbon

Your Responsibilities:
Assist hotels in managing their purchasing requests, orders, and supplier communications
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless procurement processes
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service quality
Maintain accurate records and reports
What We Are Looking For:
️ Fluent in French (C1-C2 level)
️ Proficient in English (B2 level)
️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
️ Previous experience in customer service, procurement, or hospitality is a plus
️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
️ Strong organizational skills and adaptability
Hiring Process:

3️ 1-2 Interviews with the Client (French)
Relocation package:
Reimbursement of Airfare on the 6th month of Contract up to 400 EUR in Economy class
Apartment Room with rent of 280 EUR for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)
