What You'll Do

  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Provide expert guidance on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.

The Offer

Compensation & Benefits: 14 928,72 EUR/year gross, including

  • Base Salary: 870 EUR/month (paid 14 times per year).
  • Complexity Bonus: 50 EUR/month (paid 12 times per year).
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 EURper working day (net).
  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month.
  • Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (free after 6 months).

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts (including nights & weekends).
  • Two consecutive rotative days off per week.

What We're Looking For

Fluent Spanish Speaker (C1+) with strong communication skills.
English Proficiency (C1+) for internal communication.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work on rotational shifts (including nights & weekends).
Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills.
