Salary Package:
Base salary: 900 EUR gross (paid over 14 months)
Monthly performance bonus: 80 EUR(for 11 months)
Meal allowance: 7.23 EUR per day (net)
Transport allowance: 20 EUR per month

What Youll Do:
Assist customers via chat, email, and phone regarding account inquiries, payments, and betting issues
Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer concerns
Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and timely support
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and customer satisfaction
Who Were Looking For:
Fluent French speaker (C2 level)
Proficient in English (B2+)
Strong problem-solving & communication skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekend work
Passionate about customer service and the digital industry
