What We Offer:
Start Date: 8th May 2025
Location: Braga (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Contract Type: Permanent (3-month trial period)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Weekends Off!)
Base Salary: 880 EUR gross per 14 months
Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR net per day
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR per month
Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (free after 6 months)
Performance Bonus: Up to 140 EUR per year
Your Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing top-tier support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with inquiries related to digital advertising services, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer cases and improve service processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry trends.
Who We Are Looking For:
Fluent in French (C1 level or above) both written and spoken.
Proficient in English (B2 level or above) for internal communication.
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or digital advertising support is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with professionalism.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
