As part of the Customer Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for Swiss customers, ensuring a smooth and transparent payment experience that reflects the company's trusted banking standards.
Your Daily Mission
In this customer-facing role, you'll:
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers in French (and ideally another Swiss language).
- Provide Tier 1 customer support related to:
Invoice details and payment clarifications
Reminder fees and billing questions
Collection-related inquiries (mild debt collection tasks)
Use internal tools to update customer records and follow up on technical or payment-related issues.
Collaborate closely with your team and escalate more complex cases when needed.
Your goal: Deliver clear, empathetic, and efficient support while maintaining the brand's high standards of trust and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
- Languages:
French – C1 (Advanced)
English – B2 (Upper-Intermediate) (required for training)
- Education/Experience:
No prior experience required – training is provided!
Background or interest in finance, economics, or payments is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Solid computer literacy and multitasking skills
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
