What You'll Do

As an Insurance Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and insurance partners, ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and customer-focused.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
• Assist customers with insurance products, policies, and coverage questions
• Support customers with policy cancellations and account-related requests
• Handle inquiries from insurance brokers and direct requests to the appropriate teams
• Provide accurate information while maintaining high service standards
• Update customer records using internal systems
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Native or C2-level French
• B2-level English or higher
• Previous experience in customer service (insurance experience is an advantage)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary & Benefits

Compensation

• Base Salary: €930 gross/month (paid over 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 gross/month (paid over 12 months)
• Attendance Bonus: €100 gross/month (paid over 11 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Contract

• 6-month fixed-term employment contract (CDD)
