Your Mission
As an Operations Customer Expert I, you will play a pivotal role in expanding companys presence in the Spanish market. Youll drive new business opportunities with companies active in public procurement from identifying prospects and pitching tailored solutions to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships.
What Youll Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities:
Proactively contact potential Spanish clients via outbound calls, emails, and video meetings.
Present the companys e-sourcing and e-procurement platform, clearly explaining its value for businesses engaged in public procurement.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, contract finalization, and post-sales follow-up.
Craft and send personalized commercial proposals, ensuring professionalism and timely delivery.
Develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to adapt sales strategies and proposals to the specific needs of Spanish clients.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the companys CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets, with progressive ramp-up goals from M1 to M4.
Take part in continuous training and coaching sessions to refine your skills and grow your career.
Stay proactive, resilient, and solutions-driven to consistently exceed expectations.
Who You Are
Requirements:
Proven sales experience (B2B or public procurement background is a strong plus).
Native-level Spanish and B2 English proficiency (both written and verbal).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Training: Fully paid 12-day training (92.80/week).
