Your Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, helping them navigate their questions and providing a professional, efficient service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer enquiries in French via the appropriate support channels

• Providing clear, friendly and professional assistance

• Understanding customer needs and identifying the best solution

• Communicating information accurately and confidently

• Updating customer information and documenting interactions

• Following established procedures and quality standards

• Working towards customer satisfaction and productivity targets

• Representing an international brand in a professional customer-facing environment

Salary & Benefits

Gross salary: €1,019 × 14 months

In addition, you will receive:

• €100/month guaranteed productivity bonus for your first 6 months

• €25/month attendance bonus

• Approximately €126/month meal allowance paid in cash

Working Hours

Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

No regular Saturday schedule for this L1 position, giving you a predictable 5-day working week and a strong work-life balance.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in French

• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

• A confident and clear communicator

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented

• Able to learn procedures and product information quickly

• Reliable, organised and comfortable working with targets

• Interested in developing experience in customer support, healthcare

A plus, but not essential:

• Previous customer service or contact-centre experience

• IT knowledge or technical troubleshooting experience
